One accountable team, from design to handover
TRK Property Group
LAYA is developed and built by TRK Property Group, a Brisbane developer and builder established in 2009. Because TRK runs both development and construction in-house, one team is accountable for design, materials and delivery the whole way through.
MAS Architecture Studio
The architecture and interiors are by MAS Architecture Studio, a Brisbane design practice that works across architecture, interiors, landscape and lighting on projects of scale.
Construction is underway on site
Slabs are being poured and the first terrace frames are standing on Beams Road. Completion is staged, with the first homes expected in 2027.

Where is LAYA Residences?
LAYA is on Beams Road in Taigum, Brisbane North, next to Taigum Square shopping centre and backing onto a protected parkland reserve. It's around 12 minutes to Brisbane Airport and 20 minutes to the CBD.
How big are the homes?
There are five designs: three 3-bedroom + study layouts (Types A, B and J) and two 4-bedroom layouts (Types C and D). Each has between 201 m² and 205 m² of total area, including a double garage, balcony and patio.
Is LAYA a gated community?
Yes. Entry is controlled by a gate with number-plate recognition for residents and approved visitors, and a full-time caretaker lives on site.
What is Solace Club?
Solace Club is LAYA's residents-only wellness club. It has an 18 m pool, hot and cold plunge pools, a sauna and steam room, a gym and fitness studio, a teppanyaki BBQ, dining and lounge areas, and daybeds.
When will LAYA be completed?
Construction is underway and completion is staged, with the first homes currently expected in 2027. Completion dates are estimates and may change. Ask us for the expected timing of the stage you're interested in.
